Effects of Soft Drinks on Weight Gain, Serum Biochemical Indexes and Tissue Cells in Mice

摘要: 目的 观察长时间连续饮用软饮料对小鼠生长发育、血清生化指标和组织细胞的影响。 方法 实验在饲养条件完全相同情况下,选取健康 KM 小鼠 80 只(雌雄各 40 只) 随机分为 5 组,分别自由饮用美年达、可乐、绿茶饮料、咖啡饮料、白开水(对照组) ,比较各组小鼠生长性能、血清生化指标、脏器系数、主要内脏器官的组织学结构等情况。 结果 饮用 4 种饮料的雌鼠各时期质量均高于白开水组;雄鼠的体质量仅在实验 0 ~ 50 d 显著高于白开水组(P<0. 05) ,实验 50 ~ 66 d 则降低。 长期饮用软饮料可引起小鼠血脂升高( P< 0. 05) ;对脏器系数没有显著影响(P>0. 05) ,但使肝细胞发生不同程度的变性,使肾小管出现蛋白管型等。 结论 长期饮用软饮料对小鼠的生长发育存在一定影响,对脂肪代谢、肝功能、肾功能产生一定的不良作用。

Abstract: Objective In order to study the effects of drinking soft drinks for a long period of time on the growth, serum biochemical indexes and tissue cells of mice. Method 80 healthy Kunming mice ( half male and half female) were divided into 5 groups, which were free to drink Mirinda, Cola, green tea, coffee and boiled water ( control group) respectively. The other experimental conditions were the same. The body weight, average daily feed intake, serum biochemical indexes, organ coefficient and tissue microscopic changes of mice in different groups were compared. Result The body weights of female mice who drank 4 kinds of soft drinks were higher than the boiled water group in each period. The weights of male mice were significantly higher than the boiled water group (P<0. 05) during 0-50 days, while decreasing during 50-66 days. Serum biochemical indexes indicate that long-term drinking of soft drinks can increase the level of triglyceride in mice (P<0. 05) ; have no significant effect on the organ coefficients of mice (P>0. 05) , but they can cause different levels of degeneration of liver cells and cause protein casts in renal tubules. Conclusion Long-term drinking of soft drinks has a certain effect on the growth and development of mice, and also has certain adverse effects on fat metabolism, liver and kidney function.
